We describe an approach that attempts to improve the quality of discussion forum discussions and to reduce the cost of discussion forum support by prioritizing and structuring messages. Learners prioritize and structure their own messages and evaluate the structure of messages posted by others, with an internal market in question priorities providing the driving force.
