In this paper, we describe development of a Japanese learning system for native Chinese speakers focusing on the differences between Chinese and Japanese. First, we analyze the differences between both languages and propose how to give questions for Chinese speakers. Then, we describe a Japanese language learning system "JaLeSy-CJ" to support native Chinese speakers with learning sound, writing, and meaning of Kanji.
