It has been two and a half years since I resigned my position as chief scientist of Alias/Wavefront (now Alias Systems). That time and distance has provided a certain vantage point from which to view the state of the 3D computer graphics industry. In this brief article,
I want to share some of my thoughts on what I see from where I stand today.
