Abstract

The wide spread of the internet and its evolution as a new social infrastructure increase the importance of applications which best use internet potential. The intelligent functions which can be realized with resent computer technology are indispensable to best benefit from the internet. In this paper, we overview he current situation together with the issues which we have to solve to realize the new infrastructure of networked society.
