Abstract
In this paper, we propose a frequency distribution optimal diversity system to improve the frequency diversity gain in frequency-selective fading. The Partial Block MC-CDMA is a technique to improve performance. It functions by obtaining frequency diversity gain while avoiding ICI (Inter Code Interference) through despreading of code in the receiver, after transmitting the same data in a different sub-carrier using the code spreading of the partial block. However, the frequency diversity gain can not be maximized because of the high correlation caused by using adjacent sub-carriers. Therefore, we propose a distribution diversity system using a low correlation carriers system to achieve the improved frequency diversity. Also we derived the optimal value for low correlation carriers. Through the computer simulation, we confirm that the performance of PB/MC-CDMA using frequency distribution system by using the optimal low correlation carrier
